More About Me
★★★★★
My name is Marvin E. Yepiz. Cabo Sunrise LLC Flooring Company was created in May 2018 while I was working for an apartment company, handling remodeling projects or “turns,” where I learned to paint, repair sheetrock, install cabinets and countertops, and, of course, install floors and carpets. However, my experience with floors and carpets spans over 10 years. I started in 2007 with a multi-family apartment company, where I gained valuable skills and appreciated the learning opportunities. Over time, I thought to expand my knowledge in other areas.
When COVID-19 struck, I transitioned to working independently, and since then, I’ve been starving to grow and help others with their projects. Beyond business, I am passionate about giving back to the community, supporting low-income individuals, and volunteering in charitable efforts. This includes working with churches, participating in community programs, and even assisting during natural disasters to help rebuild and uplift those in need. Today, Cabo Sunrise LLC continues to embody this spirit of service and excellence.
